Following the success of the United States Regional Exclusive, the Regional Edition Switzerland Cigar takes the concept even deeper. Produced exclusively for the Swiss market and limited to just 500 ten-count boxes, this vitola is a collector’s dream and a connoisseur’s delight. At the center of it all is the 109 format (7¼ x 50)—a size chosen for its elegance and stature. This isn’t just a cigar; it’s a statement.

Wrapped in a luscious Habano leaf, the cigar is anchored by a San Andrés binder, and filled with a powerful yet balanced blend of Jalapa, Estelí, HN Broadleaf, and Jamastran tobaccos. The blend is exclusive, and so is the mold—specially made for this release, reinforcing Cavalier Genève’s unwavering commitment to originality and detail.

The cigars were aged for nearly two years post-production at Fabrica Centroamericana de Tabaco S.A. (FCT), Cavalier’s own factory, before shipment to Swiss importer AMC Trading, who also played a pivotal role in developing this three-year project.

Regional Edition Switzerland Cigar: A Tribute Wrapped in Gold

Cavalier Genève’s founder, Sébastien Decoppet, envisioned more than a cigar with the Regional Edition Switzerland Cigar—he envisioned a tribute. The project is dedicated to a friend and industry legend, Mauro Neri of AMC Trading. Each box bears not only Mauro’s name—“Mauro”—but also a personal wax-paper insert with words honoring his legacy and love for the leaf.

The cigar’s flavor profile is equally soulful. On first draw, expect rich waves of earth, cedar, and toasted spice, followed by secondary notes of dried fruit, cocoa, and subtle cream. The construction is as refined as the story—burn lines remain razor sharp, and the smoke production is generous without being overwhelming.

Released at a suggested retail price of 280.00 CHF per box, this is not a cigar to be rushed or hoarded. It’s to be appreciated—just like the man it honors, and the country it calls home.
