No. 3 and The Grand Collection, the latest from the Wyoming Whiskey National Parks series, is an ode to the Grand Teton National Park.
Wyoming Whiskey has always been more than just a whiskey brand. Deep-rooted in its commitment to America’s vast landscapes, the distillery is introducing its third National Parks collection this Fall 2023. The new release, aptly titled “Wyoming Whiskey National Parks No. 3” and “The Grand,” pays homage to the stunning Grand Teton National Park. These bourbons embody the spirit of Wyoming and the timeless essence of the national park they represent.
The National Parks No. 3 is a straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged for five years. The Grand collection boasts three distinct single-barrel rye bourbons, each aged for a decade. With this release, Wyoming Whiskey reaffirms its dedication to preserving America’s gems by donating $150,000 to the Grand Teton National Park Foundation (GTNPF). Through its series, Wyoming Whiskey has already contributed over $400,000 to protect national parks. Their past collaborations with Yellowstone Forever celebrated the park’s 150th anniversary, contributing substantially to its preservation.
For co-founders Brad and Kate Mead and David DeFazio, this isn’t just a business venture; it’s a celebration of their heritage. With historic ties to the land, the Meads have, for years, used parts of Grand Teton National Park for their annual cattle drive. An avid outdoorsman, DeFazio has frequented the park for various activities, making the area integral to the Wyoming Whiskey identity. Reflecting on her profound connection with the park, Kate Mead said, “Supporting the Foundation is a simple way to show our appreciation for all that the park has meant to our family, and to Wyoming Whiskey.”

Leslie Mattson, President of GTNPF, appreciates the support, “Their vision and commitment to national park conservation will help continue our work to steward, protect, and enhance all that is special in Grand Teton.”
The National Parks No. 3 bourbon, priced at $79.99, draws from the granite ruggedness of the Tetons, moving away from the more floral notes of its predecessor, National Parks No. 2. On the other hand, The Grand collection, with its limited 400 bottles available in select markets, comes with a price tag of $499.99.
