Located near the Swift River, home to the dwindling wild Brook Trout population, the distillery has crafted Saison De Frai with a dual purpose: to offer a unique brandy experience and support the conservation efforts of Trout Unlimited. This initiative highlights the distillery’s commitment to preserving the natural habitats that inspire their creations.

Saison De Frai stands out with its base of smoked and brined Riverence Trout, then infused into brandy. The result is a distinctive aroma blending apple, maple, smoke, oak, and a hint of river funk, leading to a flavor that skillfully marries sweet maple and apple with a subtle trout finish. This harmonious blend is further enhanced by blending with the distillery’s renowned Tamworth Garden VSOP Apple Brandy, aged for at least four years.

Each bottle of Saison offers a unique visual and taste experience, topped with trout roe preserved in apple brandy, reminiscent of boba in bubble tea. These edible pearls add a layer of trout flavor, making each sip a journey through the New Hampshire terroir.
