Marking an incredible milestone, Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) will honor six decades of automotive innovation from its founder and Executive Chairman, Professor Gordon Murray CBE, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, scheduled for July 10-13, 2025. As the Central Feature Marque, the event will spotlight how Murray’s visionary engineering continues to define the brand’s reputation for driving perfection and groundbreaking design.

Throughout his illustrious career spanning from 1965 to 2025, Professor Gordon Murray has pushed the boundaries of automotive possibility. His creations—from iconic Formula 1 cars to groundbreaking supercars—have consistently showcased his distinctive focus on lightweight design, technology, and driving dynamics.
Gordon Murray Automotive 60th Anniversary Celebration: A Spectacle of Past and Present Engineering Brilliance
A sculpture at Goodwood House will be unveiled to celebrate the essence of Gordon Murray Automotive, capturing Murray’s design philosophy and unmatched engineering prowess. Iconic models like the GMA T.50, T.50s Niki Lauda, T.33, and T.33 Spider will be prominently showcased alongside legendary race and road vehicles designed by Murray throughout his career.

Visitors to the Festival of Speed can look forward to an expansive display that includes GMA’s current supercar lineup showcased in the prestigious Supercar Paddock, alongside a special heritage exhibition located on the picturesque Goodwood Cricket Pitch. Highlighting the festivities, Gordon Murray Automotive will also reveal its latest four-wheel offering: the new GMA T.33 supercar.
