Marking the 100th anniversary of the first Bentley to wear the “Super Sports” badge, the all-new Bentley Supersports arrives as the most driver-focused Continental GT ever conceived. Bentley’s heritage is steeped in fearless performance and endurance, and this fourth iteration of the Supersports lineage channels that spirit into a two-seat, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer that breaks with the brand’s modern tradition of all-wheel luxury bruisers. With its power, lightweight construction, and track-ready engineering, the Bentley Supersports is more than a car—it’s a rolling homage to a century of performance innovation.

The story began with Project Mildred—a secretive engineering skunkworks effort inspired by motorsport trailblazer Mildred Mary Petre. Just weeks after concept approval in 2024, a mule car was on the track proving that a sub-2,000 kg, rear-drive Continental GT was not only viable, but extraordinary. That experiment has now matured into a 500-unit limited production run of pure, unapologetic Bentley aggression. From the carbon roof to the carbon-fiber rear cabin shell, everything about the Bentley Supersports shouts precision, intention, and rebellion against the expected.

Bentley Supersports: Pure V8 Power and Purpose-Built Performance

The Bentley Supersports is powered by a new 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, developing 666 PS (657 bhp) and 800 Nm of torque. It’s the highest power density engine Bentley has ever produced. Mated to a retuned ZF 8-speed dual-clutch transmission with revised clutches and sharper shift logic, the Supersports launches from 0-62 mph in 3.7 seconds and tops out at an estimated 192 mph.

By shifting to a rear-wheel-drive platform, Bentley’s engineers unlocked a new level of dynamic engagement. Power is delivered through an electronically controlled limited-slip differential (eLSD), enhanced with torque vectoring by brake. Steering is tighter, responses sharper, and oversteer is yours to summon or suppress. With ESC modes ranging from fully engaged to completely off, the Bentley Supersports lets seasoned drivers command the machine with the freedom of a proper GT3-inspired chassis.

The suspension system, completely reworked, features air springs, twin-chamber dampers, and Bentley Dynamic Ride—a 48V active anti-roll system that delivers up to 1300 Nm of resistance in just 0.3 seconds. Grip is further enhanced by optional Pirelli Trofeo RS tires, enabling up to 1.3g of lateral force—30% more than the Continental GT Speed. Braking is handled by the largest carbon-ceramic discs in the industry: 440 mm front, 410 mm rear.

And the sound? Delivered via a full-length titanium Akrapovič exhaust system developed exclusively for the Supersports, this V8 sings with deep authenticity—no digital enhancements, no apologies.

Bentley Supersports: The Lightest, Boldest GT in Modern Memory

Visually, the Bentley Supersports is the most extreme Continental GT ever built. Its carbon-heavy bodywork isn’t just for show—every dive plane, diffuser, and vent serves a purpose. The newly sculpted front bumper features Bentley’s largest road-going splitter and integrated cooling channels for the brakes and powertrain. Stacked carbon dive planes, unique B-shaped fender blades, side sills, and a full-width rear diffuser culminate in a fixed carbon rear wing, creating over 300 kg more downforce than a GT Speed.

The weight savings are equally aggressive. At just under 2,000 kg, the Supersports is the lightest Bentley in 85 years. Contributing to the diet: deletion of the rear seats and associated trim, a carbon-fiber roof panel, reduced insulation, a reconfigured front-only audio system, and a leaner driver assistance suite.

Inside, the Supersports delivers a cabin that is as racy as its silhouette. The cockpit features two lightweight sport seats with carbon shoulder shells, mounted lower in the chassis for optimal driver connection. Wrapped in leather and Dinamica, the cabin is available in monotone, duo-tone, or a unique tri-tone finish, accented by high-gloss carbon or optional aluminium trim. The carbon fiber rear shell replaces the back seats entirely, delivering a motorsport-inspired environment wrapped in luxury materials. Each example features bespoke badging and an individually numbered plaque.

For the 500 discerning owners, personalization is key. Bentley offers 24 standard exterior colors, multiple pinstriping and livery options, and five curated “Design Themes.” Whether it’s the stealthy “Nightfall” with Anthracite gloss and Camel accents or the bold “Daybreak” in Jetstream Matte with Arctica and Portofino, every Bentley Supersports will be a one-off expression of speed and style.
