Bluebird Distilling partners with the Jetty Rock Foundation to create Breakwater Bourbon, a blend of passion for the oceans and exquisite bourbon craftsmanship.
The tranquility of a setting sun, a gentle tide, and the echoing whispers of waves come to mind when one sips on a glass of Breakwater Bourbon. A new jewel in the world of spirits, this bourbon celebrates nature, sustainability, and the vibrant legacy of coastal living.
Jared Adkins, the mind behind Bluebird Distilling and a connoisseur of life’s finer things, has paired up with the Jetty Rock Foundation to present to the world – Breakwater Bourbon. With every purchase, 10% of the proceeds are committed to ensuring the sanctity and purity of our oceans and waterways.

“As an avid surfer, I’m a fan of the Jetty brand and admire the work that The Jetty Rock Foundation does to protect our oceans and waterways,” said Adkins. “It’s a thrill to be able to combine our passions to produce a spirit that gives back to this incredibly important cause – protecting and maintaining waterways on the East Coast.”
Drawing inspiration from late-summer moments by the fireside, the Breakwater Bourbon encapsulates the essence of coastal adventures. It’s a delicate blend of corn, wheat, rye, barley, and smoked cherry malt. Aged gracefully for 5-7 years in charred American Oak and finished in Brazilian Amburana barrels, each sip promises a burst of light smoke, sweet cherry, vanilla, baking spice, and toffee.
“We’re thrilled to partner up with a fellow ocean lover that shares our mission of maintaining healthy waterways,” said Jetty CEO and Co-founder Jeremy DeFilippis. “The smokiness and sweetness of Breakwater Bourbon pairs perfectly with our Jetty Rock Oysters from Barnegat Bay, and is even reminiscent of an oyster fresh off the grill.

Breakwater Bourbon is available at Bluebird Distilling’s online store, at Char & Stave locations in Pennsylvania, and at selected retailers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. And with each bottle priced at $54.99, you take home a bottle of refined taste and the satisfaction of having contributed to a cause.
Bottoms up.
