Known for pushing boundaries while preserving craft, Cavalier introduces its Cavalier Prospektor Limited Release blend, delivered in a singular 4.75×58 parejo format aptly named Supremo.
Part of Cavalier’s revered Limited Release Series, the 2025 Cavalier Prospektor is an exclusive reinterpretation, tweaked from its original blueprint with a blend that’s been meticulously restructured. Visos and ligeros from three distinct growing regions now dominate the filler, offering deeper complexity and heightened strength. The filler tobacco hails from Jamastran, Jalapa, and Indonesia, tucked beneath a rich Habano binder. But it’s the dual-wrapper combo—Jalapa x Jamastran—that sets this cigar apart visually and aromatically.

Crafted at Cavalier’s own Fabrica Centroamericana de Tabaco SA in Danli, Honduras, only 500 boxes of 15 cigars were produced, totaling 7,500 cigars in existence, retailing at $16.10 per cigar or $241.50 per box.
Cavalier Prospektor: Flavor, Form, and That Signature Edge
From first light, the Cavalier Prospektor Supremo commands attention with bold complexity and a surprising refinement. The 58-ring gauge delivers a dense, voluminous smoke, flooding the palate with waves of espresso, spiced cedar, and an earthy mineral backbone that nods to its Honduran and Nicaraguan roots.
The tweaked filler brings a fresh intensity to the profile—layers of dark cocoa, toasted nuts, and a peppery crescendo in the retrohale keep even seasoned aficionados alert and intrigued. It’s a slow-burn session cigar, meant for deliberate appreciation rather than casual puffing. Expect a solid hour-plus of progression, with each third revealing deeper notes and evolving strength. And true to Cavalier form, the burn and construction are razor-sharp.
