NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto: 1,048 hp and Carbon Everywhere

NOVITEC refines the Lamborghini Revuelto with wind-tunnel-developed carbon aerodynamics, Vossen wheels up to 22 inches, and a high-performance exhaust that raises total system output to 1,048 hp.

The NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto is what happens when one of Germany’s most disciplined automotive refinement specialists gets its hands on the most extreme hybrid supercar Lamborghini has ever built — and decides the factory wasn’t quite done. NOVITEC has released a full refinement package for the Revuelto, and it is the kind of comprehensive, considered program that earns serious respect: carbon aerodynamics developed in the wind tunnel, co-developed high-tech wheels up to 22 inches, a high-performance exhaust system that adds 33 horsepower, and a total system output of 1,048 hp. If you thought the Revuelto was already too much car, NOVITEC is here to inform you that it was not.

For its first show car, the NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto, NOVITEC chose a deep purple finish — a deliberate nod to the hue Lamborghini selected when it unveiled the Diablo SE 30 in 1993, celebrating the brand’s 30th anniversary. It is the kind of detail that separates a house that understands the marque from one that merely bolts parts on. NOVITEC understands the marque.

NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto Carbon Aerodynamics

Every exterior component NOVITEC has developed for the NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto is produced in exposed carbon with a high-gloss clearcoat finish, though painting in vehicle or contrasting color is available for those who prefer subtlety. I do not, but the option is there. Up front, a pair of aero panels flank the factory intakes and a central front blade works together with a NOVITEC hood — available in full exposed carbon or body color — to give the mid-engine car a genuinely more aggressive face. The headlight trim and front cover in carbon complete the nose.

Along the flanks, reshaped rocker panels, carbon aero trim on the scissor doors, and carbon mirror covers sharpen the already extreme side profile. At the rear, the retractable NOVITEC wing takes the most visual command — its more sculpted shape and pronounced lip spoiler produce measurably greater rear-axle downforce. The carbon rear hood can be further upgraded with an airbox to optimize fresh air supply to the V-12. Between the taillights, a tailor-made surround frames four round exhaust tailpipes in a way the factory surround simply cannot. Every component in this aero package was refined in the wind tunnel. This is not cosmetic work — it is engineering with a visual payoff.

Vossen Wheels and NOVITEC Sports Springs

NOVITEC developed three custom wheel designs for the NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto in partnership with American manufacturer Vossen, produced using a combination of forging and CNC machining. Each design is available in 72 color variants with smooth, brushed, or polished surface finishes. The car shown wears the NL5 design — six spokes that split into tapered Y-shapes meeting the rim edge, with a hub cover in centerlock styling. The optimal size combination runs 9.5Jx21 at the front and 12.5Jx22 at the rear, carrying 265/30 ZR 21 and 355/25 ZR 22 tires. At those dimensions, the stance of the Revuelto is transformed.

To complement the new wheel package, NOVITEC developed custom sports springs that drop ride height by approximately 25 millimeters. The lowered center of gravity sharpens handling response — not merely a visual trick but a functional improvement that works in concert with the wider, larger-diameter rubber.

NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto Exhaust: INCONEL, Gold, and 1,048 hp

The NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto exhaust system is the mechanical centerpiece of the program. The four-pipe setup — two 110 mm center pipes flanked by two outboard pipes — is available in stainless steel or INCONEL, the superalloy used in Formula 1. Both versions are fully thermally insulated to reduce engine bay temperatures. The INCONEL variant goes further with an option for 999 fine gold plating, which not only looks extraordinary but further optimizes heat dissipation. I’ll take the gold.

An optional active sound management system uses integrated butterfly valves to let the driver dial the V-12’s exhaust note between composed grand touring and full motor racing aggression. Paired with NOVITEC’s special metal sport catalysts, the exhaust system liberates 24.2 kW / 33 hp from the naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 without any additional modifications. The three electric motors of the Revuelto’s hybrid system remain untouched. Combined system output rises to 771 kW / 1,048 hp — making this the most powerful Lamborghini road car ever built, as configured by NOVITEC.

NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto

The Lamborghini Revuelto is already an extraordinary machine in factory form — a 1,015 hp hybrid V-12 supercar with a top speed above 350 km/h. What NOVITEC has done with the NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto is take that foundation and refine every dimension of it: aerodynamic balance, visual authority, acoustic character, and outright power. The program is coherent, deeply engineered, and visually spectacular without being gratuitous.
