Filmed in real-time during Grand Prix races worldwide, the F1 movie involves the entire Formula 1 racing community, including all ten teams, drivers, the FIA, and race promoters. Starring Brad Pitt and directed by Joseph Kosinski, the action-packed film will capture the intense and competitive nature of the highest level of four-wheel motorsport racing.
Brad Pitt plays a former driver who returns to Formula 1, with Damson Idris as his rookie team-mate at the fictional team, APXGP. The film also features Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo.
The movie is set for international release on 25 June 2025 and in North America on 27 June 2025, with worldwide theater distribution, including IMAX screenings.
